Our process

System integration is an essential element that guarantees effective cooperation. This integration begins after all relevant parameters have been configured and the sales platform has been connected. We offer integration for all platforms available in the market, including Allegro, Shoper, Shoplo, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, RedCart, GOshop and Shopify.

With access your system, we download all new orders that have been placed via the online store. Because our system recognises the payment method and status, we receive detailed information on the order status and its readiness for further processing. In addition, we enable our customers to use special functions for suspending order processing.

Thanks to the fact that all the information is in a single, coherent system, we can efficiently collect and identify order processing data. This integrated platform also allows our customers to track each order, as well as view the number of consignment letters and the current shipment status. If necessary, we can change the shipment status in your sales system and inform you of particular events by e-mail.

Every new order placed with our customer also goes directly to our system, starting the handling process. Thanks to this system integration, we know exactly what products are to be delivered to which recipient and by which carrier. At the same time, we have information on the payment method; this allows our system to keep track of only paid or COD orders. In the case of any payment other than cash-on-delivery, the order processing is suspended until your system confirms the receipt of funds.

Once the payment has been recorded, the order is forwarded for processing. Because we know the order, it is redirected to the storage system. As the shop and our system use the same product codes, we get accurate information about what products are to be prepared. A precise location for each item also enables us to immediately locate it in the warehouse, saving significant time. Next, the product is packed, according to the individual preferences of the Customer, such as gift wrapping or inserting leaflets. This guarantees the compatibility of not only the shipment content, but also of the entire handling process.

Once the shipment has been prepared and a consignment letter has been generated, the order status is automatically updated in the shop. After the shipment has been handed over to a carrier, its route can be monitored in our system. Additionally, for parcels delivered by courier, the recipient receives a text message with a telephone number to the courier delivering the parcel, as well as an email through which the recipient can change the delivery date. In short, everyone is fully aware of the shipment’s current status at all times.

The system we use is safe and transparent, which is achieved through the full documentation of the order handling process – from information about the order type and price, right to the delivery time. After the order completion, each of our customers receives a full list of shipments attached to an invoice.

You have the right to demand access to your personal data, its correction, deletion, or processing limitation, as well as the right to object against its processing, the right to transfer your data and issue a complaint to a supervisory body. After expressing a separate consent, you will receive service offers from us as well as other information about the service offered by Omnipack to the email address indicated. At any time you may revoke the consent for our company sending commercial information by email (newsletter). Access to your personal data may be provided to our authorised employees/co-workers, service providers supplying technical and organisational solutions to us as well as entities analysing data in order to personalise advertisement and being separate controllers in this scope.
